You know, I'm certain that that march took place February 15...

Ah, of course there was the pre-war march and the post war march.

My wife was working at the Disney Store on Hollywood Blvd. yesterday when the protest rolled in. She said the police told them to to lock their doors for their safety, so they got no customers and were trapped in the store until the march was over. She also said she heard protesters chanting "Bush supporters die!" to the pro-Bush segment of the march (who had to be completely enveloped in riot police). I saw the protest on TV, with fights breaking out in front of the Kodak theater and one Fox cameraman getting yanked around.

And we're supposed to listen to these people about advice on peace, eh?

"these people" are not one group but lots of little ones, so if there were some protesters chanting "bush supporters die" then that should obviously mean that not all "those people" believe that bush supporters should die, just that group chanting. duh.

I second that duh.

(Otherwise do I get to assume that because some pro-Bush supporters call Arabs "sand niggers" and wish them all dead, that that's how all pro-Bush supporters feel deep inside? Let me know, Bobby!)

Seriously, get a grip. Some people were fighting and saying "Bush supporters die". Bobby said, "And we're supposed to listen to these people about advice on peace, eh?" Nowhere did he say that all anti-war folks wished Bush supporters dead or that they get into fist fights and stuff. Nevertheless, there were people there who did just that. And they were "people". At an anti-war rally. "These people," was the term used. Completely accurate. Those people, the ones saying "Bush supporters die", and stuff, are the ones referred to. It's really not all that complicated.

If you people can't see the irony (it was an anti-war march, afterall), I suggest you defog your Liberal Lenses a bit.
